Due to our recent school closure and out of concern for the well-being of families, students, donors, faculty, staff, and vendors, the 2020 Eagle Affair is canceled.

Thank you to all of the generous sponsors, ticket and table holders, donors, and volunteers. This event would not be possible without the history of generosity and philanthropy set forth by our community. While we are sad to cancel this fun event, we are excited to announce a transition to VIRTUAL bidding! This allows us to honor our partnerships with donors and the donated items given to our community.

We understand the current climate and hardships that your family may be facing. Should your means allow you to, you can still participate in the Eagle Affair Silent Auction. Our auction will be held VIRTUALLY on March 26th, 8:00AM- March 27 8:00PM to continue supporting our wonderful LPE students and staff and to help recoup some of the Eagle Affair expenses (roughly $6500 in non-refundable expenses).

Monday, March 23 8:00 a.m. to Thursday March 26 at 8:00 a.m. - Items will be available for Preview.

Thursday, March 26 at 8:00 a.m. to Friday, March 27 at 8:00 p.m. - Bidding will be open for all silent auction items, instant buy items, and raffle tickets for a Yeti cooler.

Friday 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - Live auction items (now called "Premier" items, formerly Live Auction items) will be open for bidding during this time ONLY. These are some of our most exciting, big ticket items and you won't want to miss them!

All Auction items will be delivered to winners within 10 days after the close of the auction unless otherwise prevented by the global health crisis.
